Pricing and Commissioning your paint. Price will vary hugely on the amount of prep work, the complexity of your design and the types of paint used. The first stage is to work out your exact requirements with an in-depth consultation to decide the colours/types of paint and overall design. If required, a computer mock-up can be created to give you an idea of what the finished paintwork is likely to look like. A ROUGH indication of price can then be quoted and any amendments can be made as necessary - this process can be repeated as many times as required until the design is right. This design service is offered free of charge, so you can come back as many times as you want and make as many changes as you like! Once the design has been finalised, we can look at a suitable time-slot to start working on your custom paintwork. Please note, we are a very busy paintshop and you may have to wait a couple of weeks for your allocated time-slot but we endeavour to be as efficient as possible to keep waiting times to a minimum. You can't rush this kind of work, so please be patient! Turn- around time will depend on the amount of work required, so the price quoted may be subject to change if we uncover any unforeseen problems during prepping, however, in all cases we aim to give as accurate a quote as possible - we will notify you immediately of any large deviations from the original quote! Please be assured of our best intentions at all times. Generally, quotes are based on: £25/hr prep and priming. £35/hr paintwork. £45/hr airbrushing and illustration. Material costs also vary considerably depending on quantities and types of paint used but we always use high-quality paints, such as House of Kolor, to ensure the best results.
